Hello! I’m Chelsey Watson, a dedicated neurofeedback practitioner and brain-trainer in Edmonton, working alongside the team at One Tree Psychological. My approach emphasizes brain-body wellness, grounded in neuroscience and holistic care. I support children, teens and adults seeking clearer focus, stronger emotional balance, trauma recovery and improved brain performance.
My Approach
I use a brain-informed, holistic method that combines neurofeedback with lifestyle and nutrition support. To begin, we explore how your nervous system, brain and body interact. From there, I guide you through neurofeedback sessions that retrain your brain’s patterns and promote regulation, resilience and clearer thinking.

Through my career, I have cared for people of all ages in roles such as a Homecare Physiotherapy Assistant, Childcare Worker, and an Occupational Therapy Assistant for preschool children. As I grew in these roles, I gained a deeper understanding of how the brain and body shape our daily experiences. Ultimately, my journey to becoming a professional Certified Brian-Trainer reflects both my professional learning and my personal passion for supporting others. Now, I am proud to serve my community and surrounding areas through brain-based, compassionate care.
