I’m JC Page, a Registered Professional Counsellor in Edmonton, working with individuals and couples to address mental-health concerns, anxiety, self-esteem, addictions, life transitions and relational issues. I am to provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can feel understood and respected. With a Master of Arts in Education and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, I bring both academic depth and heartfelt care to our work together.

I believe therapy works best when it’s practical, collaborative and tailored to your unique strengths. Because every person is different, I adapt my approach to meet your needs. My primary methods are solution-focused therapy and cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), and I flexibly integrate other therapeutic tools as needed. Throughout our sessions, we focus on building strategies for change and empowering you to lead a more balanced and fulfilling life.
