Client Care Assistant
Hi! My name is Reanne, and I am the Client Care Assistant at One Tree Psychological and Therapeutic Services in Edmonton. I’m often the first point of contact for clients who are beginning or continuing their mental-health journey. I strive to create a welcoming, compassionate, and organized experience from the moment you reach out.
What I do
In my role, I support clients with appointment scheduling, answer questions about our services, assist with intake and paperwork, and help ensure communication between clients and clinicians stays smooth and timely. I value clear communication, empathy, and respect, and I work hard to make sure every client feels heard, supported, and cared for.
