Hello, I’m Christianne MacNeil, a Counselling Therapist in Edmonton with One Tree Psychological. I believe you have the capacity to live a life you love. My Therapeutic Approach
When it comes to approach, I use an integrative, person-centred style. My work is rooted in narrative therapy, self-compassion practices, existential psychology and play therapy. In addition, I draw on my training in play therapy for children and Gottman couples therapy to support partnership work. Whether we’re exploring emotional patterns, relationship dynamics or life transitions, I tailor our work to your unique story.

Throughout my career, I have supported children, youth and adults in various community organizations. Now, I’m grateful to continue this work with children aged 7 and up, as well as with youth, adults and couples. Because every person’s needs are different, I take a collaborative approach and shape our work around what feels most meaningful to you, whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges or feeling off balance. Above all, I’m passionate about helping individuals and couples strengthen connection, explore emotions, build a positive sense of self, find meaning and develop the skills needed for a fulfilling life.
