I’m Danyelle Lynch, a Registered Psychologist in Edmonton and the Clinical Director at One Tree Psychological and Therapeutic Services. Since beginning my therapeutic work in 2014 (and supporting children, youth and adults since 2009), I’ve been honoured to walk alongside individuals, couples and families as they move toward health, healing and greater resilience. Over the years, I’ve seen how meaningful change happens when therapy feels collaborative, safe and grounded in your unique strengths.
My Therapeutic Approach
My approach is integrative, trauma-informed and person-centred. In other words, while I bring theory, experience and evidence-based techniques to our work, I recognize that you are the expert of your lived experience. Because of this, each session is tailored to what you want, need and feel ready to explore. Additionally, I draw from developmental, narrative and family system theories and wave in evidence-based methods to support deeper insight and healing.
